Shopify Custom Products Terms & Policies

Welcome to our store! These terms and policies apply to all custom products purchased from our Shopify store, outlining key details about production, shipping, and your rights as a customer. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

1. Custom Order Production & Processing Time

All our products are made-to-order, crafted with care to meet your custom requirements. Please note that production and processing time is 10-15 business days from the date of your order confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays). This timeline is necessary to ensure the quality of your custom item and cannot be expedited unless otherwise specified and confirmed by our team in advance.

2. Shipping & Delivery

After the production is completed, all orders are shipped via international air freight small packet through our trusted freight forwarder. Please refer to the following details:

  • Shipping Time: After dispatch, delivery time varies by destination country/region, typically ranging from 7-20 business days, depending on customs clearance and local logistics conditions.
  • Tracking Information: A tracking number will be provided to you via email once your order is shipped, allowing you to monitor the delivery progress in real time.
  • Customs & Duties: International shipments may be subject to customs clearance, duties, or import taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the customer. Our store does not cover these additional fees, and we are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections.
  • Packaging: All custom products are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition during air transportation.

3. Order Modifications & Cancellations

Since our products are custom-made, order modifications or cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours, production will have started, and modifications or cancellations will not be possible. If you need to make changes within the 24-hour window, please contact our customer service immediately.

4. Quality & Returns

We strive to ensure all custom products meet high-quality standards. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or does not match your custom specifications (due to our error), please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund (excluding shipping fees) after verification. Returns or refunds are not accepted for customer-induced errors (e.g., incorrect custom information provided by the customer).

5. General Notes

We reserve the right to adjust production and shipping timelines in case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., material shortages, logistics disruptions, or public health events).
